The idea long ago was to remove that feature entirely and replace it with something that would automatically create a div block surrounding the post with the specified background. (This is actually what normally happens, if you look closely.)

But you know how it goes. It may be easier to just remove it entirely and hope that people can figure it out, instead of using it as a place to link their favorite wallpapers.
