You think this is bad? You should see the real thing. Imagine the scrolling rainbow effect animating almost twice as fast on a large, blinding LED sign just above eye level in the middle of the night. Suddenly, you're like, "whoa, where'd that sidewalk come from?"

Also, the animations occasionally displayed behind the words are clearly GIFs stolen from various GeoCities webpages, and are rife with copyright infringement. So far, we've noticed a bouncing Pikachu, a Mickey Mouse logo, and Pac-Man...
