(Or whatever your holiday of choice is)

I guess it's time to make one here as well, so... for me, it'd be liquid motivation.

Okay, really... I wouldn't mind being able to turn off Firefox's stupid spell checker going home for Christmas, but that isn't happening this year (by choice). So... I can't think of much, I guess.

This year will prove to be rather boring overall for me, since I don't have any family up here or anything and I'm not so sure I want to go with BMF to his...

Ehhh...I already bought what I wanted, so meh. (I'm just allowed to buy my own stuffz for christmas. :/ Though, of course, I don't get them until the 25th, and my bad memory will make me forget what I bought, so it's a surprise. :p)

My sister home for Christmas. :/

Since she moved across Canada (hey, jobs in Newfoundland sadly suck) I do not get to see her often.

- I want to be happy.
- I want to live.
- I want to spend time with my family.
- I want to eat good christmas food.
- I want a new pair of slippers.
- I want good grades (but I know I'm not gonna get any, but that doesn't mean I don't want them..)

I couldn't care less about material whatever-piece-of-shits right now.

- But maybe I'd like some new clothes.

I can only imagine how my family feels now... oddly enough, I haven't really been that homesick (or missed most of my family at all, to be honest) but it's just not going to be the same without being home... Especially since the entire family gets together for it, on both sides of the split.

I'd really like a Wii this year with a few games. Other than that, I guess a couple of books, some iTunes cards, snow outside and my grandparents coming down. (They are coming down though so that's )

That's exactly what we do (me and my sister at least). Only on top of that, my grandma always has this knack for always getting the single hardest item to get each year, even if we don't even want it. Last year, I was convinced I wasn't getting a Wii, and she managed to get one the day before Christmas. Some of the major things I can remember she has gotten over the years include a tamagotchi, a furbie, a tickle-me-elmo, a cabbage patch kid, and and N64 (which was the only one of these things I was actually interested in besides the Wii). This year she did it again by getting Guitar Hero 3 for the Wii (though I'm not supposed to know about it). Not the hardest thing to find really, but it is the only thing I'm interested in this year that I can't easily find online.

Right now I'm more concerned with what I'm going to get other people. For one thing I'm broke, and I have a lot of people who are either hard to shop for, or have expensive taste. Then there's my step-grandfather who is coming into town who's impossible to buy for.

Right-click, Spell-check This Field.

Anyway, I guess a bunch of money and/or Super Mario Galaxy. As well as the usual stuff (car, new computer, etc) of course.

That's all well and good until you have another field it does it in. There's no way to turn it off completely.

Feh.

Drag's Post #451
- Mario Galaxy, and a bunch of other games (strangely, they're all Wii and DS games. I'm just a Nintendo guy I guess ).
- A laptop. I currently lug around a desktop to and from college, I have no other personal computer of mine at home unless I bring my desktop back from my dorm, and a laptop would solve both problems.
- A huge dinner with lots of ham. This actually is one of our traditions for Christmas, a big dinner. That and breakfast pizza on Christmas Day, YUM!
- We always do that milk jug candle thing on Christmas Eve. I like doing it, so I want to do it again.
- Wrap presents. Hey, it's the only way I'll get practice. It's a lot funner to do this with someone, and with Christmas music in the background.
- Mannheim Steamroller. It's not Christmas until I hear one of their Christmas songs on the radio.
- Make Christmas cookies. We used to do this years ago, I don't know why we stopped, but I want to do it this year.
- Food. We always eat lots of food on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and again on New Year's Eve. What? Eating tasty food = happiness.
- My siblings. I never see them anymore, they've all moved out. This is the *one* time of the year I'll get the chance to see them, and to be at home while everyone else is there, just like old times.
- The smell of wrapping paper, food cooking, cinnamon, and other spices, along with the 6 christmas trees (they're themed, kinda middle sized, and artificial) that my mom puts up every year. Yeah, my house is very festive.
- To relax, have fun, play with my toys, hang out with my friends and family, and to generally have a great time.

Yep.

Feh.

Firefox-> Tools->Tools->Options->Advanced-> Uncheck "Check my spelling as I type".
This will turn off the spell check by default. You can still turn it back on by right-clicking on the text input and turning in on by "Spell Check this field".

Money.

Well, a Nintendo Wii, but no one in my family can afford to buy me one. However, if they all give me money, I might be able to get one with the money.

An external hard drive. I'm low on room.

It to be 1997 again. I recently realised how much of the last 10 years I've wasted.

Xbox 360, whichever version is better (the Halo 3 bundle things looks good to me).
Games for Wii, PS2, DS, and said 360.
Random DVDs.
Gift cards. Mostly so I can get the music I like.

Um... that's about it. I don't even know all that I want, making anyone shopping for me troublesome.

-Money
-LoZ: Phantom Hourglass
-Mario Party DS

That's pretty much it. I bought everything else that I could of asked for for Christmas. Maybe I should ask for rain checks for games that come our next year (Brawl, Mario Kart Wii, etc) .

There would be more, but I can't think of anything.
