Lucky. We don't get paid time and a half for any holiday. We do get an extra PTO day when working on Xmas and Thanksgiving.

If you think Sears is fun, try your local grocery store. ;;

I think it could use a little revising.

Bartender, a screwdriver please. And a fancy mixed drink.

[2:51:18 AM] Troy Martin (Kazinsal): so dumbass in the apartment below mine comes upstairs and says I woke him up with loud noises.
[2:51:24 AM] Troy Martin (Kazinsal): I closed a door gently.
[2:51:34 AM] Troy Martin (Kazinsal): He starts talking rather loudly about noise violations
[2:51:39 AM] Troy Martin (Kazinsal): This was my response:
[2:53:03 AM] Troy Martin (Kazinsal): "Look, Corey, about those noise violations. You're causing more of them right now than I have in the eight months I've lived here. If you're really adamant about it, go down the hall and talk to the head of the strata council at three in the morning. I'm sure he'll say something very much like what I'm about to say to you: Go fuck yourself."
[2:53:15 AM] Troy Martin (Kazinsal): I then closed the door in his face.

Absolutely! Just name the time and place. Now that I'm not in grad school anymore...

Why is it that when I read/watch something really emotional, my hands hurt (even if I'm not moving them)?

Catch them and keep them as pets!

Or eat em.

Light up a candle.

Wait, then your whole apartment building is going to burn down.

I like Peardian's idea.

Especially if you put the right spices on it. Sofi has a lot of spices. She could find a way to make tasty moths. :specialed:

I'm really, really sorry about that Β :(

try and see if you can find where they are putting the eggs

like check the ceiling for grubs and trace them back to where they are hatching

it's normally in like flour or rice or birdseed bags

get rid of that, and keep similar things in plastic containers
that way they cannot eat into it and start again

also try and get some traps, it really helps cut down on the adults

Yeah. I'm asking my landlord to bring an exterminator in. I'm just worried because I think these are Indianmeal moths which tend to infest pantries and if they do that, I might have to toss like a hundred dollar's worth of spices if that's where they're hanging out.

Not sure why some people hate plastic record needles. I've got one on a metal tonearm assembly, and it sounds great. Hrmm.

What is the argument for or against plastic? I'm sure there are downsides to metal ones, yeah?

Moths aren't being a problem here ... the pest that's somewhat annoying me is spiders!

And I can't move out till August 25. No AC in a basement = damp hell

Lack of AC is quite brutal, if I do say so myself.

...oh, hello denizens of Jul. How do YOU do?
