The best way to make scrambled eggs is to add in cream cheese, sour cream, or plain yogurt (the tangier the better.) They'll come out nice and creamy with more flavor.

I've been putting cream cheese in mine lately (a little less than I put on a bagel for four eggs), and they come out really creamy. I think they might be a little too creamy, but right now I don't have any sour cream or yogurt to use instead
