This discussion is just baffling to me- I feel utterly disgusting if I miss just one of my two usual daily showers, I couldn't imagine only showering four times in a whole week...

I shower twice if I go out, once if I don't. Yeah, I feel gross if I don't shower every day and like my hair also does something really weird if I don't shower enough. It's weird.

I only take showers, but I would like to take a bath for once though, I'm sure it would be nice. No bathtub though, oh well.

Also I don't shower everyday Though, I'm slowly progressing into doing it everyday as it gets warmer, but definitely it was every other day during winter. My skin and hair are terribly dry ... showering too much can't possibly be good for it.

If I shower more than once within about 12-16 hours, my skin/hair will feel reeeally uncomfortably dry.

If I were to ever have my own apartment, or if I were to have an apartment to myself, I might take a second shower. I've been conditioned to a hard and fast rule of one per day though. It'd be like I'd have to do it in secret.

I shower every second day, but that can change to daily depending on how humid it is during the summer.

Everyone is different. Some people can get away with having one every second day while some people absolutely NEED to shower daily.

This. Though there's this one old guy where I work who...man, this guy smells rancid. I try to make my breath holding when I'm not talking very discreet. I have to wonder if the guy even showers twice a month.

Apparently, there is someone who has been banned from both Arriva and Go Northern bus services because he refuses to shower and stinks of stale piss. People from Go Northern even went to his house to tell him that he was banned because of the smell, to which he said that many people had told him he stank, but he just ignored it. That's just disgusting.

I bathe/shower every other day. If I shower too much, my skin gets irritated. If I shower too little, my skin flakes. I have to find the sweet spot.

As for baths vs showers, I like to sit back and take a bath more, but I shower much more often.
