Actually, more seriously now... Most of Yume Nikki's music is great for sleeping. Specially if you can play it on loop from RPGMaker.

Try find some sort of lecture online with a soothing voice. About quantum physics or the history of Latvia in the 1700's or something like that.

If you don't drown it out, it'll eventually knock you out.

I got some rain sounds going right now, and a melatonin hopefully kicking in any minute.

I have like, two different odd rain sounds. One is that rain SFX music thing when you first arrive on the planet, and the other has the BGM from Submachine 3 with a rain sound overlaying it.

Oddly enough, I find some of the Submachine music as relaxing as it is eerie.

Combining rain sound with Monsoon Jungle (WL4) should pacify anybody. Actually, the rain ambience might not be necessary. It already has rain sounds in it!
