The constitution is an ancient, outdated document made by a generation of people who died long before we were born. It is no surprise that a practice they could never have anticipated is not covered.

We need to update our document but the document makes that almost impossible, so rights in things like this will remain vulnerable unless a constitutional amendment is made.

If spending infinite money on candidates is freedom of speech I don't see why "liking" something can't be.
