I rather enjoy all of the side games, its hard to pick a favorite. I love the Mystery Dungeon games because of how it just keeps you drawn in to the story. I really do feel an emotional attachment to each of the characters, somehow, and allowing us to sympathize with just about any given Pokemon is not something I'd imagine to be an easy task.

I also really love the Ranger games just because of how unique they are, but also because of the art style and the addictiveness of it. I find myself 100% completing those games just because of how fun they are!

Considering this is meant to be the third edition in Black & White and not a new generation, I highly doubt they'd make it for the 3DS, which would require them to completely redo most of the game.

I compared it to Kyurem gettin' his cosplay on earlier.

I don't mind this. Redoing it on the 3DS would be a huge hassle, and the 3rd editions are ALWAYS on the same console, to keep compatibility for trading.

New playable characters, new rival, new regional Pokédex, new Gym Leaders, drastic changes to the existing locations, and a new starting town (on the other side of the map!). That's way more than they've done for other continuations.

Well, if you ignore GSC and treat HG/SS as the intended one... Then it's kinda the same deal

I really hope that the endgame isn't so... separate but so close this time.

(I also still kinda want to visit Hoenn. I want an Aggron )

I really hope they expand on the end game, in the sense, that it makes sense where you can go and what to do after the main story ends.

After the main story ended in B&W I am sorta left clueless on where the end content is. Sure, there is still plenty (though not nearly as much as in HG&SS) but it's hard to get a good clue on where to go first or what is do-able without some event activating by weird means. ;


I really hope they took the time to work on the content this time around to make it amazing and not just a cash grab. B&W2 have taken much longer then either Emerald or Platinum, so it makes sense that they should have been able to get a lot of new content done. And from what I read in the link, there does seem to be content, time will tell how well it is done.

Actually Emerald had more time on it, I think... but yeah. Besides, those are "third versions", these are a new pair of games, more akin to FRLG or HGSS.

It'd be great they took the level of polish with these on-par with HGSS, but I don't think that's going to happen. I'm expecting more like Platinum or Emerald.


Also I just realized there are no walking pokémon on sight. That makes me sad.

Yeah I know, but the right half of circle map does not have nearly as much content as the left side. ._.
I keep reading shit about being able to fight the champion from DPPt as well, but I have yet to see that anywhere. It also seemed kinda hinted that you should try and find all of the team plasma sages that would be hiding somewhere, but I never found any of those either.

Which brings me up to what I said in my earlier post: It seems like I'm missing a bunch of content that I just can't seem to find. :I
