I just figured out something.

Im posting in Waffles, and guess where I work at?

Least the tips are good, the people I work with are fucking retarded.

Anyways, I like working late at night, I like seeing people stoned out of their minds coming in, ordering alot of food, and giving me tips in the process. However, the drunks are very....very....VERY annoying, and are extremely hard to work with.

Ever ate there?

I haven't eaten at Waffle House in years. But I've eaten at I-HOP this past month. They're both really good for breakfast stops.

I had never even heard of a Waffle House until I took a trip to Florida. As we drove further and further south, they became more and more frequent until it seemed like they were everywhere.

We don't have Waffle Houses in the north part of the US, I guess.

Funny..I've only seen two down here..how far south did you go?

The only one I ate at is now closed (so I guess that makes it one on the area now) and the service was terrible, the waitress was a bitch and the food took ages to get to us. Never cared to go back..even if I find another one around.

I know that much...how far south in Florida did you go? I mainly ask b/c South Florida is different than central and northern, at least from what I've seen. Well, south from me is different from where I live and thats only about an hour difference.

Ah, I see. I really didn't see too many in Florida itself so much as in the states before we got there (especially Georgia).

Yeah, by "further and further south", I meant the US in general, not Florida specifically.

Waffle House exists a good mile from my house down here in AR.

It did not exist up in IL.

IHOP was at both locations, however.

Haven't seen a Bob Evans down here, though.

I think the only time I saw a Bob Evans was when I was up north...I think. I still need to try an IHop, been to one once, but I don't remember much from it. I used to go to Denny's a lot...especially when I used to work at the theater...we would always go there after work.

I rather like Waffle House, but my father refuses to eat there again after he got sick from eating there one time. Could have been unrelated, I know, but the association is still there.


IHOP is better, though.
