I'm eating pizza because it's pizza Friday and when it's pizza Friday you have to eat pizza.

And now I'm drunk at work.

Also eating pizza, minus the drunk part. I normally get 2 slices but today there was a huge slice left so I got it and a bag of chips instead.

I have seen people tipsy at work and it's not a pretty sight.

Fish and coleslaw tonight. Fish was your generic frozen breaded sole thingy, and the coleslaw was homemade. Fish had a "tartar sauce" which was really mayo mixed with chopped dill pickle. Not bad.

Had some low-fat instant Jell-O cheesecake pudding with a little bit of semi-sweet mini chocolate chips mixed in.

That was actually really fucking awesome. Next time I'm mixing strawberries in it. Or reduced sugar strawberry jelly.

My God I'm going to get fat again.

I've recently discovered Nutella.

I'm trying it on almost everything.

Turkey, mashed potatoes, carrots, peas and cranberries. Doused with a healthy portion of gravy.

I fulfilled my duty. *covers mouth and burps*

Ah, yes, the best thing to spread on lots of things. I have some laying around, I should get some bread to put it on... or something. Maybe even dip crackers in it.

Nutella? Bleh. :\ I mean, I don't hate the stuff, but... erm...

Why use Nutella when I can use maple spread?

HEY. Don't make me go on a poutine trip next weekend documented with pictures. Because I WILL do it (and adopt an awful stereotype in the process).

Good maple syrup is horribly expensive, otherwise I would use it far more often.

(Also my money is spent on good balsamic vinegar instead)

Well... we kinda get a little discount on the stuff seeing as how we export a crapton of it to begin with. :\

Wait, is nutella like a peanut butter type spread or almost a syrupy spread?

Nutella is more like a peanut butter spread. It's thick.

Maple spread can be thick too if you choose to smear it on.

It also doesn't really freeze or melt. Which makes for some interesting cookery.

I have just been given some creamed honey. Can't wait to have it on toast.

I have some relatively good maple syrup I got at Whole Foods, but I don't use it often at all. I rarely eat breakfast, and I just can't think of anywhere else to put it. Beyond sweetening my oatmeal, no ideas. :/

In that case I should try it out sometime.

I'm going to have rice, bean stew, and chicken, as is usual. My sofrito froze, and it was a pain to break out a piece to add to the beans. Gah.

I would love some sushi right now, though.
