I had some really weird dreams the other night when I was sleeping over at my brother's place.
The first was that, as I was sleeping on the couch, my brother's roommate was going through a box of my stuff I had brought over. She pulled out an unfoldable Thomas the Tank Engine-shaped pop-up tent thing and asked me where I got it. I said I had no idea, and then crawled inside it and went back to sleep.
Next, I was at my grandmother's house, except our friend's crazy Italian family was there, preparing dinner. The house is really a nice big Cuban-style house, but in the dream it was fused with bricks and stuff to make it like some kind of Spanish/Italian city structure, with alleyways and brick road sand fountains. Our friend's dad is scary and nutty, so we stayed out of sight by one of the fountains, where there was a box of powdered candy that solidified in water. (We ignored the fact the fountain water was probably gross.) Then we decided to go exploring some, so we enabled noclip and zoomed around through the floor, where we discovered some creepy crypt in the basement, with coffins and ReDeads. When we went back into the living room, there was a beetle in the room. But it wasn't an ordinary beetle, it was an Eagle Beetle, because it had evolved to mimic an eagle in shape and behavior. As in, it had a bird-like head shape, and it flapped its wings like a bird. It could also make buggish eagle noises, and had really sharp claws, which it used to grab onto my hand (or was it my foot) and try to drag me outside. Of course, it was still bug-sized, so I just walked it to the door and shook it off.
The last dream was that my brother's roommate drove us to what was supposed to be a Burger King or something, but when we got inside, it was a large empty room with a Super Mario Bros. obstacle course set up in one half. My brother was also in a wheelchair for some reason. When I asked him about it, he said he didn't know why, and then zoomed off as if it was a high-power electric wheelchair. So, I decided to try the Mario course. It was really neat looking, and had several sections. The first part resembled the overworld, and a pipe took me to a cave section. After that was another overworld part, and then supposedly a castle. The way to get to the castle was really tricky though. You had to jump to the right over a pit, and then get under a hanging wall but over a low wall that was next to it, to fall into a different pit. When I looked down into the pit, there were some kids who failed to make it, stuck at the bottom. I knew I was supposed to flutter-jump like Yoshi, but since people can't do that, I leaped and grabbed onto the lower wall and climbed over. Once I got down there, though, it wasn't a castle. It was a circular cave (as in a real cave) with a small body of water in the middle. There were also a bunch of unconscious Digimon on the shore, which for some reason let me grab info cards on them. (And for some reason, Agumon was green.) Unfortunately, I woke up before I could find the boss that was obviously nearby.
