Hey guys, new here, love TCRF. Absolutely love it, as video game archaeology has been a love of mine for a good decade before I ever even found the site.
So, I've looked in every nook and corner the wiki has to offer and have been surprised to never see the stage select menu hidden deep in 'Turtles in Time' code. Supposedly, the Japanese version of the game featured a button code that would unlock the menu, but it was later disabled on American release. Why, I don't know, but anyway, the Game Genie code for it is 26C4-640F.
I came across this on bsfree.org with credit for the code going to Ugetab. |

Funny how you mention that when I found a button code w/in 2 seconds:
" Highlight the "Option" selection at the title screen, then quickly press Up(2), Down(2), Left, Right, Left, Right, L, R on controller two. " |
