Definitely going with turkey. I have it on just about every sandwich I eat.

Salami. I eat sandwiches just about every day for lunch, salami makes up 75% of them over a 2 week period. I get a few other single packs of turkey, ham, and chicken but the salami is the largest pack.
Turkey, ham, roast beef, or salami. But the roast beef has to be thick chunks of properly-cooked beef. Not thin stuff from a grocery store deli.

Bologna is ... well. Cheap, processed mystery meat.
It's not that terrible (imo) but pretty much anything else is better.
Personally, I'm a fan of salami.
Wunderbar German balogna isn't too bad. Honestly, it's better than the brick of ham (not "off the bone") crap. The ham off the bone is better by a good bit, though.
