These two translations can be of great help to your project:

http://members.fortunecity.com/kwhazit/trans/zelda3/

http://www.lltvg.com/wiki/The_Legend_of_Zelda:_A_Link_to_the_Past/ja-en

This is something I have wanted to do for a long time, but don't having the skill to pull it off. Good luck with this! Would absolutely love to see a project like this done.

The first link is the one script I have worked most off of. In fact I think I have used everything from that page. The other one I have not seen, I'll check it out

Damnit, the lumberjacks aren't translated there either. Looks like they have the text though, maybe I can get a loose idea from an online translator

Otherwise I'm sure someone will be able to help you out once they see your posts.

That's good because the online translator shat out a bunch of stuff that couldn't be understood

Context: it’s Missing Number’s Pokédex entry. Probably filler text of some sort.

Gold Badge

Possibly related to the English versions’ Marsh Badge, which is called the Gold Badge (same kana) in Japanese.

This list is one of a set of seven lists:

  1. Pokémon names
  2. Attack names
  3. This list
  4. Item names
  5. A few others

This list might might be made up of multiple lists (maybe one for badges, one for egg/chick, one for metals, one for titles); something similar happens in the “item list”, which actually also contains the list of names of floors that you see in an elevator.

This text is present in the English (and Japanese) versions of Red, Blue, and Yellow.

This one is puzzling me. What you think GB? I think I got the gist of it but want to be sure.

没ったストーリでは灰児だけカルロスのビルに行かずカルロスの愛人の家に行く。(製品版のハイジステージ)
そこでカルロス倒した後カルロスが起き上がってお互い銃を打ち合って音だけが鳴るというエンディングだった記憶がある。

あとおかっぱの女の子はクールに弟を探してと依頼しに来たはず。
その弟がジミーっていう没キャラでカルロスに改造された全裸で戦う改造人間。
ここに没キャラのドット絵があるよ

Hey it's more Game Boy Camera stuff.

The "Printing" screen. The stuff on the box was removed from the international release.

Here it is again in an unlockable picture. I'm also curious about the two stamps to the right.

Pocket Camera?

タマノリプー - Tamanoripū

Tamanoripū is a bit of pun; Tamanori(玉乗り ) means balancing on a ball and Pū(プー ) would be a transliteration of either Poo or Pooh. Judging by the context, I'd have to say the later. So, its name would literally translate to "Pooh balancing on a ball".

Left:
Same as the above

Right:
チェック - Check
みてみて! - Look, Look! (Google Translate translated this as "Take a look!)

激早Camera - Super fast camera
I think... The second character is a bit difficult for me to interpret.
Apologies for any inaccuracies.

As it turns out, that's actually an enemy from Super Mario Land 2, labeled with its official Japanese name. As to why it's in there, though, I have no idea. Also, it's worth mentioning that the image of it in the unlockable image is its official art, but the image in the Printing screen seems to be an alternate or modified piece of art.

"見てみて" is literally "try looking" or "take a look," so "みてみて" could easily just be that. :o But this is splitting hairs -- "look, look!" and "take a look!" are close enough in meaning as it is.

Thanks everyone.

The bear is actually animated on the printing screen. He has two frames of animation and the other one looks like the official art. The screen just goes by so quickly when the game is emulated, I had a hard time trying to capture it.

Also, apparently, if you copy a picture from the B album to the A album, you can check the picture's comments section and see hints and tips or something. This is only in the Japanese version though. In the international version it's just blank. I dunno if they're worth translating. That's like 24 (one or two sentence) messages. I read about it on the game's official site.

Also also, I think I found the connection to the seemingly unused copyright graphic for those mangaka. If I'm reading the Google translation of the game's Wikipedia page correctly, apparently there was a CoroCoro Comic tie-in version of the game? I did find 6 pictures in the Japanese version that appear to be based on a couple manga series. I can't find a dump of the game though.
