eh, 2008 would be cool too!

Basically, anything mid-2005 to late 2009 was pretty damn good in my book... though once 2008 concluded things kinda went downhill.

I'm kinda hoping I can grab something and make 2012 a Pretty Bitchin' Fuckin' Year, but eh. 2011 did have its moments (namely computer purchases and experiments that widely expanded my range of knowledge / experience and a trip to the monster jam ... sad that this was really all I can think of ... oh, and I likely might have gotten all As in college this semester, but to be honest if I had to pick that and being miserable or doing slightly worse and being tons happier I'd pick the latter), but by and large, unless 2012's even worse I can honestly look back on it and think "boy that can't get much worse".

I thought this going into 2011 about 2010, too, but in retrospect 2010 was... alrightish. Certainly no winner, but it had plenty of up points, especially near the end. (although the very end I kind of crashed ... figures, eh)

Enough ranting about me and my thoughts on years. At least I got it out now, I guess, so I won't think about it elsewhere and I'll actually be able to sleep pretty well.

And also I'm realizing this keyboard is making me a lot faster at typing for some reason. I don't know how but I think I actually like this chiclet keyboard now, help

Actually, all years have been getting progresively worse. 2009 was good enough, and I guess part of 2010

But I don't quite like time travel and the idea of going back to a year-- it would undo everything that happened, which while nice and wonderful for the most part, there are things I wouldn't like to miss.

I would make the right decisions in 2009 though so they don't screw me over later on like they are now. Actually, I would change the many wrong decisions/lack thereof I made far earlier.

Eh, I'm pretty much ruined by now, even though I do like all the people I've met in the past few months and wouldn't want to miss them.

But it would be so great to go back in time and fix all the mistakes I did in my life, but I guess it is too late now.

I started high school then.

Perhaps it is because my birthday is in August, or more likely because of how school years work (or most likely, both combined having engraved such distinction in my head), but to me a year is half of one and half of another.
So I can say 06-07 was pretty awesome, while 07-08 was... bad.
