I really have to try to see my hair - it's curly, and tends to stay low to my head.

If I pull a curl down I can get it into my vision, but that doesn't really count.

Absurdly long, flowing, elegant and badass hair... is what I want.
I want to have to toss it apart so I don't sit on it.

My hair is below waist-length, but it's very curly and messy, so it retracts into quite higher than that.


Also because of depression I haven't taken enough care of it for years, so it's in a pretty bad shape...

... and I know that means I'll probably have to cut it to fix it up. Which doesn't help things...

My hair is currently short (pretty short in the back and chin-length in the front), and I think it suits me better than long hair. It's also a lot less high-maintenance--my hair is very curly (it's actually similar in texture to a black person's hair, despite me not having any African ancestry), so it was really hard to care for when it was long.

That said, I think it depends on the person, so I picked "dunno/other". Some people look a lot better with long hair, whereas some people look a lot better with short hair. And then there are people who can pull off both.

For comparison, by the way, here's a pic of me with long hair from earlier this year, and a pic of me from the other day.

There's a student I tutor sometimes with ridiculously long nails, like half an inch long or so. Seems to me that such nails would impede the functionality of your fingers.

Hair that goes down to your chin is adorable. I was growing my hair a few months ago but then I cut it back.

But I am cool with long hair on other people. The important thing for me is bangs.

I have to keep my nails short, though.
