The lady and I have been playing a lot of Diablo II lately. We're playing a co-op Sorceress and Amazon. Rawr! Just hit the start of Act 4.
I've also been playing Skyrim to death. Currently exploring to find myself some thingy so some old man on a mountaintop will grace me with his company. |

Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition (XB360)

Bought Sonic Generations 3DS today.
Initial impressions are, it's not as bad as I was expecting. Classic Sonic feels pretty good (except after the first three acts they give him a homing attack  ) and Modern Sonic plays like Sonic Rush, which isn't too bad.
More amazing remixed music, too.

Radical Highway, the first loop doesn't work properly, if you don't have anything in your boost meter you basically have to kill yourself to get past it. Almost all of the loops are broken, and then there's a platforming part tossed in, which I died 4 times on, because Modern Sonic has pretty slippery controls. Add in the fact that I've lost all my speed coming down off a loop, and it's starting to seem pretty broken. Then there's the not-so-quicktime events where you need to boost or die, basically, with a sign telling you to boost a half second before you hit the ramp.
The game's got tons of replay value, 100 missions in all, but yeah, wait for it to come down in price, not worth it for $40, IMO.

The usual SSFIV:AE, only playing a few matches with Midiman this time in a private lobby. Despite the awful long lag in one section (pre-game), everything else is buttery-smooth.

Some Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past hack that I found off romhacking.net that I forgot the name of.
It's...some puzzler thing. I dunno. I'd like to play more ROM hacks, but I hate how most of them just crank up the difficulty to SNK Boss levels right at the start and go up from there.

 | I just beat Battle Kid: Fortress of Peril for the NES and I thought that it was a really awesome game with just the right amount of difficulty and required exploration. I'm really looking forward to the second one which will hopefully be done soon.

Almost Christmas, when I'm gonna be getting some new games, so I'm going through my old games that I didn't finish -- in particular, last Christmas' games. Just finished Donkey Kong Country Returns, great last boss and extra level, gonna work on Epic Yarn tomorrow after an exam, then catch up in Animal Crossing, finish Okami and start Okamiden.

 Finished 3D Classic Kirby's Adventure. The 3D effect makes things like the boat/airship levels look wonderful.
