"A horrible person". That's what it says. "A horrible person."

We weren't even testing for that.

Scroll Lock? Haha, who actually uses that? And moreover, what programs still support it? I only know of Excel (where it's only rarely any useful).

My worst enemy is Insert now. The first time I encountered it, I could not figure out why I kept overwriting text when I went back to edit words, etc. So annoying.

Excel actually came to mind.

Of course, I don't even actually remember what it does... (I'll probably learn it next semester. Hooray filler classes!)

To be fair, I think there are a lot of office workers who basically just use their computers solely for Excel. (And Outlook to email the results)

That was pretty much my job last summer, actually.

...Oh god. That must've sucked.

At least it wasn't Word 2010, the buggy piece of shit... yikes.

To be honest it was great I'm pretty good at Excel so I could get stuff done quickly, and the pay was really nice... shame it was just an internship, though.

Well, I guess if you're good at something, anything works well.

I just worry about the rest of Office being as bad as Word was.

I have never used Scroll Lock, there are other functions that are more useful to me.

Scroll Lock just occupies space on the keyboard.

Now that I look at it, my USB keyboards don't have Scroll Lock keyboards either.

I never even thought to look for it.

My USB keyboard is an Apple one - it doesn't even have a scroll lock key, it has been replaced with an Fn key (like the laptop ones) for access to all of those volume up/down/eject disc buttons.

I've considered getting one of those a few times - if only for the USB ports, really.

The only problem, though ... that would add cords to things. My keyboards and mice are wireless, and it seriously does make things a few hundred times easier on me. (Especially the mouse, I'd knock the wired thing down endlessly.)

I've always avoided wireless keyboards and mice for my own use because I'm worried about the battery... but yeah, cables can be a pain.

Also, yay 5555

Trust me, the lack of cables makes the battery needs well worth it, at least in my opinion.

Of course, if you have a better setup going, it's not quite as necessary to nuke as many cables as possible...

Scroll lock is my macro key, I used to use it for making 'bullet rings' when I was a FPS player
