I visit a few niche sites centered around hacking specific games, and I've noticed a few upload interesting unused things, like dialogs and items and levels and stuff. I'm now wondering if anyone's familiar with any foreign sites which also seek to document and preserve some of the unused stuff in games? Especially any Japanese sites.
It just seemed strange to suddenly realize that there's a few resources in English, but I've never seen many of these resources mention sites that aren't primarily English. I know Unseen64 has a few Italian fans, and some articles are only available in a language that isn't English, but overall it's still an English site with fans who have only played internationally-released games. |

Back at ZSO we always hoped we'd find a super legendary Japanese Zelda hacking community but for the most part it seems like one doesn't exist. Glitterberri might know more but I've never seen one, Zelda, arcade games or otherwise.

Some Japanese speaking person posted a link to some cut-content-related blog in Japanese (from what I could tell), mentioning it alongside TCRF, but I'm having a hard time finding the link. I'm searching my IRC logs because I remember posting it in #tcrf or some other channel.

I rather this site not be forgotten, as some codes I've found and thought to be unknown, were actually posted there years ago (some finds dated back to '04!). It will also save many of us a lot of time from digging in a ROM to find new cheats, and focus on exploring for hidden text, sounds, etc. See the "Codes, secrets and the passage" section.

I remember that, as well. Could never find it. I'm pretty sure the blog posted below might be the only one. I don't think the whole hacking thing is as big of a hobby in Japanese culture, not to say there aren't, but that's my general impression. |

Speaking of which, here are some things I found by pawing through that site this evening. It's nowhere close to a complete collection, but I don't think they've been mentioned on TCRF yet. I don't have time to add them to the wiki myself, so if someone would be so kind, I'd really appreciate it!
