Well, I think she was more referring to a theme than something to change themes...

I've hacked my uxtheme.dll and use visual styles. I'm pretty sure lassekongo83 has made some decent pink themes, but I can't remember offhand, and they might end up actually being more purple than pink - my memory's gone fuzzy on a lot of themes, considering I've been using the same one for quite a while. (Cleanglass Black, I think)

Aha - thanks for that, kruto, it was Hydrangea that I was thinking of.

Cleanglass has a really nice purple theme, though, if you'd like that - I'd check it out, at least. (it also comes in green, blue, and black varieties off the top of my head)
