| So after messing around in shoutcast I managed to fix an working radio station on my compy that could be used for justus radio. Problem is that this comp cannot be on 24/ 7 but I do have an old computer that could be used for that after installing linux . So there is still some things to note.
1. Is there enough interest in this for me too go get an router and extra monitor and such for my soon to be linux box? 2. Would an average 700-900 Kbit/s upload speed be enough for this kind of thing? 3. Would there be anyone there to help with fixing up scripts for easy song uploading and the like? Because if you can give an yes to all these questions then i could surely host it for you. Of course there is the fact that my internet has been rather wonky as off late but i think i fixed it... Oh well only time will tell I guess. Edit: I have an test radio up know so if anyone wants to test the sound quality and stuff feel free to pm me. I won't give out the server yet for security issues. Edit: So no one cares if we can fix justus radio any longer? ____________________ |
