I only said "for the most part" - a lot of games I see try to use "buttons", and on a touch screen that does not work. A good example is Sonic 2 - a game I'm usually fairly decent at, but touchscreen controls do not work in its favor at all.

I don't really know much about the control schemes of those other games, but as long as they don't give you a bad "controller" I'd certainly try to play them.

If I ever get a Touch, there's a bunch of games I'd like to try out. No question.

There's probably hundreds of good/great games available for iOS and some we might not even know about, but as you guys said - you have to sort through all the crap to get to them.

I tried to to time it on another site and I well missed it by 2 minutes because I got distracted. LOL. Oh well it's a day off due to a holiday.

On the news, they said a lot of parents are giving birth to their children today so they have a rather unique birthday.

I'm guessing some women want to induce labor several days before due date in order to have a 11/11/11 birthdate?

I can't say I didn't see it coming.

I slept past the whole minute. It'll hit again tonight, unless you only use 24-hour time...

What about February 2nd in a little over ten years?

People will go frantic over that. Of course, it's not the same if you're like me and you always use the full year...

We will probably be living like the blob people in Wall-E. Sadly. Unless we are largely destroyed and the world restarts from 0 somehow.

November 11, 2312 news report:

Clothes producers have proposed to change the labels of clothes around. Because the average American person weighs 500 pounds, the old labels of S, M and L devised over 300 years ago are more than outdated, with 4XL being the average clothes size worn today, and sizes lower than XXL fitting only 0.5 percent of the American population. In a survey conducted in New York City, most people are supporting this proposal, stating that most stores don't even sell anything lower than XXL anymore, which makes the original meaning "a silly joke".

Um, there's no such time as 9:99. Is that 10:39?

9:09 would work.
