Considering the lack of official OoT art for this guy, it's a bit hard to tell what they're exactly supposed to be. But to me, these stand out as eyes as much as those on the Tektites.

I have a boyfriend (who is also a good friend of Aux), and we hug and kiss each other a lot. Now take into consideration that I rarely have any physical contact with people like that, or really in general for that matter, since I'm pretty uneasy with others touching me unless I really trust them. I would estimate that a vast majority of being touched by someone is with my boyfriend, so... yeah.

It would have been awkward as hell if I did kiss the guy.
