If it is necessary for the local mod to ban someone with a good reason and explantation to global mod or admin they may do so.

And over 26 people have been banned related to people breaking the rules there, just not by me, because I don't have a ban button.

I don't have any chicken or buffalo with you either, I just figured you were lost and confused, so I decided to update you on how things go here.

Mostly, local mods can't ban. I know this because I have no banning device. Lord knows there were a number of now-banned SM64 idiots who I could have used it on.

As for the bizarre coincidence between my birth year and the MM2 game's year of release in Japan, I blame the alignment of the sun.

Hmm, the board softwware has changed during these past few years then, I guess xkeeper took out the feature for goo reasons.
Also I know about the board rules and such and when to open my mouth and when not to, like I told one mod here after registering here that I am here to catch up on some things and locate a few good friends of mine I haven't seen since the iceboard died back in 08.
