A quick way to get banned would be to post a new topic in the SM64 Hacking forum. Not like I'd do that, though.

He's probably confused by the number of people who've been banned for warnings I gave them.

Local mods can't ban. Just that generally people who break the rules in the forums are gonna get banned by the higher ups.

Really now ?
You need to recheck with a local mod and see if they have the ban feature under profile settings.
If it is necessary for the local mod to ban someone with a good reason and explantation to global mod or admin they may do so.
