No where clause means it bans everyone; and no return clause means it still adds the item after banning everyone anyway. Two for one deal!

Well, errors in special cases like this that nobody expects to ever be triggered... they happen somewhat often, it seems. Though, if you ask me, refusing to edit the item, or setting both coins/gcoins to a minimum of zero in those cases makes more sense than going "BAN". It's also less prone to massive mistakes like these. =P
