Over some rather petty things.

I'm pretty sure there's far better reasons to sue parents than this. Thoughts?

Spoiled little brats, that's got to be the stupidest reason to go to court that I've heard this year. Are these kids stupid enough to think that they'll actually win the case? And why did the ex-husband represent the children in court? This is definitely one of the more messed up families I've heard of.

There's a time and a place for these lawsuits...

This wasn't one of them.

They clearly were bad parents, just look at how spoiled the kids turned out! If anything, she should've been far harsher and instilled strict discipline and respect for their elders.

there needs to be a law in cases like this that can turn it around on the plantiff on the grounds that they're complete fucking morons.

also that card was sweet, that son should go fuck himself and be glad he has a mother who takes time out of her day to think about him. people don't even know how good they have it.

Wow, this is pretty funny. It's kinda sad that they can sue their mother for something like this when lots of people out there have undergone much much worse (ie abusive) parenting without any lawsuits or anything.

s'what I'm getting at. I have wonderful parents, but know far too many friends who do not and have suffered emotional and physical abuse. As such, these spoiled ass-droppings need to be punished the old fashioned way with a good hard spanking.

Wow... Ungrateful brats.

Sure, I would've liked to get some money or something on my birthday, but it's not against the law to not send some money for someone's birthday, jeez.

I find it stupid that real ABUSED people does not sue their parents, but brats like those thinks they can just sue their parents for every little thing. Good thing they did not win. That'd be outrageous.
