It looks fine, color and text wise. Some people might complain there isn't enough contrast between the font and background. I can see it just fine but maybe you could brighten the font a shade or two.

What's up with the blank on the right? Is that a placeholder for a picture later? And the off-center alignment just looks awkward. Not bad, just different.

It's totally ok, but you should either add a picture to the right, center it or making it wider.

The blank space is a little eh.

Your layout looks simple.

That's actually a good thing in my book. I like simple.

The only thing I'd change is either stretch the box more or make it centered.

You're using up a very... Strange region of the space. Why not take the whole thing? You should just take the whole thing.

Blue. Like it's so blue.

I think you should probably lighten up the text or darken the background, as well. Depending on the brightness of someone's screen they could easily have trouble seeing your text.

That opacity makes it too blue. Since I'm kinda nuts, I fixed it. The opacity now only applies to the background. (I also removed the images and relative positioning in favor of a margin.)

I've split the header into two lines on both of these; if you decide to use either, paste the header into Notepad or something and remove the line breaks. The board tends to mess up code with line breaks in it.

I like it, except perhaps the center-alignment of the text. It's not as easy to read through text smoothly if the lines all begin at different locations...
