Rick: Last year's quake? That was Ontario but I felt that one.

Didn't feel a thing here although some people in Montreal did. *shrugs*

Brother-in-law's friend was on the road in VA when it went off and got into an accident. Wrecked his car and he got a spiral fracture in his leg.

Yea, he'll be fine. Just sucks that his wife just had a baby a few days ago.

My brother finally called me yesterday, I guess the phone lines were pretty clogged for a while. He said he was sitting at a stop light when he felt the car start to move like it was really windy. Then he realized the trees weren't blowing and figured out it was an earthquake. He got out and everyone was talking about it. Someone was saying they heard on the radio that a tsunami was coming, which it wasn't but my brother didn't know that at the time. He was trying to call his wife but couldn't get through because the lines were all full. He drove home and didn't see any damage on the way and finally confirmed there was no tsunami. He said when he felt it, it lasted about 20-30 seconds.

I've felt earthquakes in Massachusetts before but I didn't feel this one because I was on the train underground at the time. I didn't really feel the shaking.

Some of my friends said that they felt the Earthquake from here, but I surprisingly didn't feel it. Either that, or I didn't feel it since I was sleeping.
