This is actually kinda cool. It's really a weird hybrid of 3.1 and 95. You can't do much here, but it's fun to play around with.

It's a folder. You can dump anything you want in there.

It should work fine, I have no problems running it in Virtual PC at least. It needs Windows 3.1 to install though.

It does work. It opens help, and allows access to the about box. There's also a "Quick Tips" option but it's kinda nonfunctional.

Also I can't get Chicago to work because I can't install Windows 3.1 because I'm unable to install DOS. If that makes any sense.
