Pretty much this. The forum I frequent the most besides Jul has over 20 million users and they have neither custom titles nor HTML. (but they do have an avatar and clothing system )

What fighting games in particular?

Also do you have a link to a match vid?

I am a bad Super Smash Bros Melee player (Link main... last place every tourney) who is maybe interested in trying SSF4 or MvC3 sometime. I played Third Strike but not for very long and I never had a stick so it doesn't count.

I mostly play Marvel 3 right now, I'm decently known for my Amaterasu/Spencer/Taskmaster play. Here's a match from a tourney a couple months ago I guess, it's old and I'm better than that now but I don't have any good recent videos.
