Oh wow, I'm already 7th place. :/ I guess I didn't stay active for that long, anyway. But still, that was fast.

I see the MM/Sponty rivalry is still on. xP

Well, it was just me keeping up with the Joneses, so nothing unusual here.

Terra, you're only going to be able to tell about it for so long, if this keeps up.

Really, he's catching up to you quietly.

Yeah, especially considering how much my posting has slowed down as of late.

At this rate it may not even be that, heh.

A combination of my ancient posting record and my recent speedup makes it possible for me to take it back.

Well that and I left my original home board. Since that no longer distracts me I can rocket-post for eternity, though I do limit myself at times.

Holy shit, did I really post that much? Way cool. I wasn't even at home most of the day.

Either way, maybe you guys will see more of me now since all my plans suddenly got canceled (blame it on Imajin).

Oh wow, how did Imajin cause you to cancel all of your plans? I remember you saying that you would be exploring the neighborhood more often from your new apartment, and dedicating yourself to music a bit more.

Also, 01, how childish of you.

He decided to stay home today! Plus I was supposed to have another friend over so I could cook him breakfast. I'm pretty sure that's Imajin's fault, too. :J

It's because his family's really weird and I heard they don't like Asians, even if they're cute! From what I've heard of it, it sounds like a really obsessively controlled environment that's not really so much fun for hanging out. Plus, it's significantly easier for him to get into the city than it is for me to get out of it and into his kinda far home. Plus, he's out in the suburbs and that's mega-lame-o, daddy-o.

My boyfriend has come to visit me a few times and to do that he has to take a 10 minute bus ride, then a 40 minute train downtown, a 3.5 hours bus ride, then a train to its last stop (about 20 minutes) and finally, a one hour bus ride. I live totally in the middle of nowhere. Where there's a will, there's a way!

So ... no excuses.

I mean, I at least don't think he is right now or something, right? Besides, he's told me his place is kinda crazy and I shouldn't go there!

Anyway, I look really awesome today. I'm wearing this lumberjack plaid button-up plus kinda destroyed light denim shorts and boat shoes. I look like I have a keen understanding of working class hardship.

Well I work in the city usually, so I'm there anyway. (Well, usually, until last week... )

Though at least it seems that Sofi no longer thinks I live in the ghetto, at least...

Are you going to join the protestors outside my office?

That would be cool, Sofi the protester. There's people protesting in front of the local Verizon offices two blocks away from here.

So that was an interesting night. We visited my parents and on the way home we stopped to get some ice cream. As we were pulling out of the parking lot, I saw a black Camaro racing at 60-70mph straight to the intersection. The light was red but he didn't even try to stop. I saw the impact and another car so spinning off to the left and bump up onto the sidewalk. Immediately calling 911, I told my wife to go park back in the parking long and I ran to assist. The primary impact on a white care had ejected the driver and she was on the ground. There were already 3 women assisting her so I didn't want to crowd more. I told them to keep her still and calm. I checked all the other vehicles involved an nobody else was seriously injured.

I noticed the car that caused the accident wasn't anywhere around so it seemed like they tried to flee the scene. Later I found out that he had lost the front wheel from the impact and spun out. They did try to run after police arrived and the driver was trying to swing at the emergency worker but the father of one of the victims of the crash was there to subdue him. I stayed around to give a statement of the accident because I saw it happen from a different angle than everyone that was involved. I was trying to find a cell phone from car that the women was ejected from but couldn't see one. There was debris from her car everywhere and her trunk lid was about 150 feet away from the accident. She and everyone else was really lucky that it was not a moment sooner or later. Sooner and she would have been hit dead on to her driver door, or later and it would have impacted the first car that got swiped directly on the driver door. I didn't even think to get pictures until it after police arrived and sectioned off everything. But you can see the primary impact vehicle here and the damage done.

Also, here's the news article about the crash and the man that subdued the driver of the causing vehicle. I posted my account of it on Channel 13's Facebook page and supposedly the brother of the driver said that he had mental conditions and was not in a state of mind to drive. His parents had tried to keep him home but he fled and then this happened.

For further advice on how to make your pages accessible
see http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL.
You are recommended to use CSS to specify the font and
properties such as its size and color. This will reduce
the size of HTML files and make them easier to maintain
compared with using <FONT> elements.

You are recommended to use CSS to control line wrapping.
Use "white-space: nowrap" to inhibit wrapping in place
of inserting <NOBR>...</NOBR> into the markup.
