I am very surprised that so many people are actually true when it comes to the Location field, and enter their real location in there, especially since the other fields are usually covered with random insanity.

I'm starting to wonder if there are any people that just have junk in the Location field.

When I joined Jul, I had "World of Ruin" in there (that's where the FF6 character Terra lives). Since then, it's always had my location.

I actually put my real name in the "Real name" field too. That seems to contain random insanity a lot more often than Location does in people's profiles.

I think I make it obvious enough that I live in Boston so I never felt the need to have my location field say it too. I think I might have put "Boston" or maybe "Massachusetts" there when I first signed up, though.

I had "the moon" before the pony fad came and I changed it to what I have now. I have never really been one for sharing my location publicly on the net, if someone I know asks though, I tell them.

This reminds me of a time I was in Universal Studios. Someone was making a sort of show (I don't know what it's called) and he was asking people for input, at some point he was asking people where they came from, and a girl said "North America."
