If I miss anything about this apartment, it's going to be the rice cooker my grandmother has. It's a very basic little rice cooker that doesn't have a "keep warm" setting, which isn't really awesome at all but what is awesome is how it shoots steam out the top when it cooks. The steam increases the humidity in the room, so the cooker acts as both a humidifier and a rice cooker.

This is great for people with dry skin conditions like eczema since it keeps the air fresh with moisture so your skin doesn't totally dry up and die!

Mine also shoots steam, and it has the "keep warm" button.

Though, it's not like I want more humidity in my room. Maybe when Winter comes.

Yeah, the winter is brutal for my skin.

Oh god, you know what's pretty crazy? The oil mist from making lots of potato chips. It's really crazy.

Just eat it! And then tell your cousin to fuck off if he complains.

Oh I couldn't do that.

...the last part, that is. Oreo sandwich is still there and they're back in Ontario. IT IS MINE.

Hung out at the local LGBT youth space again! Pretty awesome place with pretty awesome people. I met this nerdy kid named Joe. He wore black imitation Keds, a black Anime Boston '11 tee and black Ray-Bans. I can't remember what pants he wore. Anyway, what stuck out to me was the Ray-Bans because those are really fucking expensive glasses so I asked him about them and apparently this dude got them for free thanks to his father's health plan which is for some reason from Virginia or something!

I'm really jealous! If only I had a pair of non-prescription Ray-Bans to wear.

After looking at a lightbulb for a few seconds to see how badly the fan was shaking I am now seeing numerous blue splotches across my vision. It does get distracting to not be able to see/read what my vision is currently focused on.

You know, I should get a new chair... this little wooden thing is kind of annoying to sit in considering how much time I spend at my desk. (Of course, size is an issue if I was to get any of those nice swivel chairs or something)

At one time, my computer chair was just a wooden folding chair with a pillow on it. My current one is a spinning wheeled chair that I got cheap at Value Village.

I replaced mine awhile ago as it was literally falling apart. (Held in by one screw. ) Best $50 I've spent in a while. On sale, leather, black, beautiful.

I've had chairs fall apart on me too. It's like the bolts on the bottom spontaneously unscrew themselves or something.

Yeah, that's exactly what was happening to mine.

Mine has been busted for over 7 years. No back and the cushion is dead.
