My only worry with "NSFW" content is whether it could violate the rules of Project Wonderful, which apparently bans "adult" content.

I am sure that in the case we suddenly felt morally obligated to the whole NSFW thing it would be fairly trivial to figure out a way to hide the page content until a user specifically clicked something to show it.

Adult content:
Sites with adult content are not allowed on Project Wonderful.

To this end, given that there is actually an option to specify one's ads as NSFW (and similarly, an option to ban such ads from your boxes) I don't really think that content as linked in that article would really be crossing any lines, though I can always ask and make sure.

As someone who has already completed one round of Catherine, I will want to mention that the worst NSFW content in game is definitely the language (use of fuck, shit, etc.) and is very much not the sexual content (which there is a little bit of, and what is mentioned is able to be passed on television). The suggestive pictures shown are actually USED content as part of the story (which pretty much spoiled a little bit for me, seeing as how the game has multiple story paths), but the PC things alongside the character select screens are totally unused, both of which are completely safe for work. In the multiplayer modes, you only play as sheep, and there are absolutely no real life pictures to depict in-game characters. Hell, Vincent and Catherine aren't even mentioned in the Coliseum Mode, and the menus are not simply screenshots, as they are fully rendered and live, with characters moving around and such.

However, looking again, some of the cell phone pictures may very well indeed be unused. I am unsure as it would require multiple playthroughs to even see if this is possible, and each playthrough on Normal can be about 10 hours. In my playthough I only received 6 pics. It is probably impossible to obtain all of them in one playthrough.

I'd add these to the wiki, except I haven't played the game so I'd just be going off of that page, and I can't use those images because jpgs are haraam.
