We had Kirby's Avalanche actually. I loved it but no one else did. I really need to get my hands on one of the more recent Puyo games.

they don't make them in english anymore sooooo

Puyo Puyo 7 translation
Puyo Puyo 15th translation
both are nds games

7 is newer and has a cool story mode
15th has lots of game modes and is better for multiplayer

personally I like 15 better

if you have a flashcart you can play
multiplayer verses with 8 people all at the same time
with one copy of the game using DS download play

but the DSdownloaded copies are still in japanese
but oh well it doesn't change the gameplay at all

also if you don't want to use that
patcher I could help with the xdelta patch

My stepbrother used to annihilate me at Kirby's Avalanche so I kind of stopped liking Puyo games after that

Oh, cool. Isn't there a Gameboy Advance version of Puyo Pop Fever, though? Too bad it looks super-hard to find. I wouldn't have minded playing Puyo Puyo on my Micro.

Oh, yeah, I love PokΓ©mon Puzzle Challenge (aka. Tetris Attack, aka. Planet Puzzle League). And Puyo Puyo as well.

We should play sometime, guys. You know, there's this thing called Wi-fi now!

(I'm not very good at regular Tetris, though.)

Psh, WiFi's too mainstream for me. I prefer playing with cables or multiple controllers connected to a console in a room together with other people.

Also Puyo Puyo 20th anniversary is superior to every version ever. But I suck at puyo anyway, I'm a Panel de Pon player.

I've done that. It's actually not my preferred way to socialize, although I'm in rooms with other people at work and school and don't have a problem with it

I guess I just prefer talking to people online. Being a possible Aspie who can't read faces might have something to do with it.

Over the past few days I've realized how bad I am around people, actually. I'm quiet all the time and only speak if asked, so nobody actually knows what I like. And I only ever drink water and wear black so I'm probably considered, like, totally odd. Hm.

Yep, I'm horrible around people in general social situations. I tend to say dumb stuff a lot, and I tend to get outcasted if I'm talking to more than one other person. I'm getting better, but I'll probably always prefer AIM/IRC.

I don't have much of any problems if I'm talking 1 on 1 though IRL, nor do I have problems if I'm addressing a group as someone "higher" like when I'm tutoring a group or talking to a class. But general group socializing is definitely a weak point of mine.

I'm not bad at all in social situations, and I like hanging around people. Being alone is good, too ... but in excess, it can get depressing/stressful.

My main problem with social-ness is when I'm around a large group of people I don't know very well, I tend to clam up and not say anything. (Of course, I'm a quiet person IRL to begin with, so... )

I'm usually quiet around large groups of people I don't know, especially if they're talking about something that doesn't interest me. But if they're talking about, say, languages or Pokemon ( ) then I'm sure to partake.

Being alone is incredibly stressful for me so I pretty much have to be around other people. If I'm in a large group where I don't really know anyone, I at least try to approach the people I think are the coolest and strike up a conversation with them.

I'm the exact opposite. I love being alone IRL and tend to feel uneasy if I'm around people for too long.

That must really suck. People are everywhere. There are like 7 billion of them.

Oh well, I guess that's why the Internet exists. The funny thing is, though, even online, you can tell who's an extrovert and who's an introvert.

Not really. I have my apartment to myself, so I'm only around people IRL when I choose to be

But yeah, some people are introverted. It's just a basic personality trait. Both of my parents are fairly introverted too.

Well, yes, I know it's a basic personality trait. I'm actually totally oriented towards introverts since they let me do all the talking, which I really enjoy.

Actually while I rarely talk, if somehow someone gets me to actually do so, I'll just go wall of text and start rambling.
And because I have an speech impediment in where I skip thought trains it is hard to make sense of it.

It's kinda why I don't like talking at all, I can't accurately express myself.

I don't talk much IRL, just because I tend to trip over sentences, and it generally ends up messy. Online is fine, I can get my thoughts out clearly.

The weird part is that I need people, otherwise I tend to go crazy after a few days. Even if it's just my IRL friends online, but I can't handle total isolation.
