Winehouse’s reported death comes a month after she canceled a series of gigs following an incoherent performance in Belgrade. The pop star publicly struggled with alcohol and drug problems throughout her brief career; ironically, her biggest hit was the song “Rehab.”
Junkie in her hotel room dead. Police are saying "unexplained causes". I think I could probably explain them for the police.
Sad. At least she's not suffering anymore.

Yep, there's something called the 27 Club.
I was never really into her but she was frequently the butt of jokes of some of my old friends, particularly ones that compare her to member of the Young British Artists movement, Tracey Emin. I guess for now jokes are off-limits.
