That is definately one of the greats of Gameboy games. I even played it and it is pretty addicting on my end.

Wasn't that Elite.. or some older game made for like commodore 64 or acorn electron or something similarly old? I think it was made by one of the people who worked on starfox or something.

Yeah, X was created by Dylan Cuthbert, programmer of Star Fox 1 & 2, Creator of PS3's Xross Media Bar, and a bunch of other awesome stuff.

But this was his first released 3D game for Nintendo (he made a wireframe-only 3D engine tech demo for the NES before that, though ^.^) (he made the Starglider series for the Amiga, I want to say, and they were indeed ported to C64.)
