They don't move because the BG you replaced didn't have the moving clouds effect... Some BGs have a special effect, like moving top clouds (for example, Grassland BG), moving bottom clouds (for example Foreground clouds) and animated tiles: the fire in castles and towers...

I don't know how they work. There must be a table somewhere but I haven't been able to find it So you can't enable / disable those effects. If you want moving stars you have to replace a BG with moving clouds.

(sorry if this is bump)

So I finally made the video of world 7 part2. Here is:

I still havent changed the jumping cheeps in the video since I already have recorded that level. Must try Hiccup idea.
This video also show the new 2 BG for the grey levels and Im also going to change the colour of the castle blocks to grey intead of blue.(will upload a pic). Also, 9-4 of Lost Levels is the secret part of 7-7.

Actually, at first I didnt even think of the deluxe in the gbc when naming the hack. Just realized that after the 2 vid of the hack.

I dont think its possible...yet. But however, I have included the coin ring of nsmb in some levels(2 or 3 in each world, check the vid after the W7 P2 one)

So I decided to release a beta up to world 3. This may be the only beta(depending on how thing go)

To add more challenge, I added a custom level for every secret exit there is in the game. The levels are not to complex and are based on smb1, without adding sprites that are not found in smb1. The canons aswell have their own level.

Some levels are quite buggy, such as 1-5 has problems using the retro scroll in certain areas(wont work). This will be fixed(hopefully) in the other release.

The hack will ONLY work in the U version of the game!!!!!(due to a special function applied to the hack)

The beta includes 29 levels.

NOTE: When you reach world 4 or higher, if you enter a level in that world, the game will freeze.

Hey gridattack you can put the world 9, A, B, C, D in the mushroom houses and the final level D can put it in the castle final. what do you think?

Actually, there is enough space in the levels to fit all those worlds (9, A, B, C, D) Actually, all those levels are already done. For the final castle it will have the B, C & D castle in one long level.
