Coffee is lovely for being coffee. Particular blends are better than others. But as a source of energy it is highly unreliable. It's pretty much an alternative to tea, as a means of taste fulfillment.

Hot chocolate is the best in the winter. It's even better when you're by the fireplace in a cute little patterned sweater and it's snowing and dark outside even though it's only 5PM. The hot chocolate is in a nice big coffee mug, with maybe a marshmallow or two in it, and the radio is on and it's set to a station that only plays Christmas music which of course you're only listening to ironically.
In a cute picturesque scene like that, a true Kodak moment, hot chocolate is the very fine icing of a nice cake. I miss you, winter. ____________________ βSofi |

| I'm honestly glad winter's over. The nice picturesque winter scenes are great probably right up until maybe the end of January, and then it just starts to get old when you're still getting random snowstorms come friggin' April. =/ ____________________ |
