Yes.

Physical training is fine as long as it's not excessive, sports are competitive and games are fun, but forced and excessive exercise is a no-no, especially when it's to the point where you're not even able to move much or think at all during the next class.

No, I did actually hate gym.

I don't see it as forced exercise honestly.

To me, gym is a class where you get what you put out.

I exerted a good amount of effort in gym, so it feels like I got more out of it.

A lot of people I know didn't try at all in gym class, and it disappointed me.

Stroking breasts is fun! Have you ever stroked any, Arp?

I like stroking backs too.

Stroking hair & fur is quite fun, too.

And I love Gym!

I tried very hard in gym, even though I had a body that was very non-athletic. Let's say every time we were forced to run a mile, I had to deal with air burning my lungs and a throbbing, dizzy head.

Since not taking gym, my ability to not run has gotten even more rampant. I can't run 100 yards without having my lungs starting to feel like they're closing up.

I should probably have someone check that out. Isn't that what normally happens when someone is having a freaking asthma attack?

You should probably get that checked out.

I do so much more exercise now than I ever did in gym. Gym was totally the worst.

I quickly checked Wikipedia. There is such a thing as exercise-induced asthma.

Oh dear.

The real kicker? I remember the last time I was out of breath trying to catch the bus back home. I actually could not breathe past a certain point because my airways felt completely shut.

...oh my fucking God.

I've had what felt like my lungs collapsing after being in a classroom full of formaldehyde fumes for a few minutes. No one else was affected, either. Some people mistakenly thought I was nauseous.

Hooray for suffocating on air. :specialed:

All I get are weird instances where I feel something like air going up my windpipe, and it causes the occasional interruption of my breathing. It can really get annoying sometimes.

But for exercising, I'm not too bad off. I can hike for miles in 107 degree weather and outrun a lot of people, when I keep it up. Though I'm more made for sprinting, being a stick figure with long legs...

It depends on who you're with, too.

Middle school? Fucking loathed it. It was alright some days, but honestly, the people there... ranged from fine with me to absolutely fucking terrible. Guess which side had more?

High school? I actually ended up just skipping lunch half the time to drop into the gym. The people were fucking awesome, and I legitimately had fun. Besides, the food there fucked with my stomach (my only actual issue with HS) and I figured going to the gym and joining in was better for me.

Man, it really tells you something when you're absolutely awful at what's going on (basketball sometimes) and yet you're still having a ton of fun with it. I had a mean fucking serve when we'd do volleyball, too.

Gym (P.E. at my schools) was usually not fun for me. Some of the sports I enjoyed. Some I did not. Running? Definitely did not. I, too, have exercise-induced asthma, which made running the 7-minute mile very very difficult. I did it, though.

High school P.E. was awful though. Did not like a single thing about it.

I know how that is.

I'm terrible at hockey and lacrosse, although I had a ball playing it. (although it was more because I love a challenge than because I was doing it with people I like)

Anyway, I feel sorta ostracized =P

It's hard to believe so few people enjoyed gym class.

Again, most people may not have had it with good people like I did in high school. Elementary school gym I liked too, actually...

Also: Oh fuck, kickball. This was pretty good too. Sucks when you get hit in the face, though...

What little PE I got was just fine, mostly because I was unnaturally agile.

People hated me in dodgeball. I kept action rolling away from the ball.

Did they ban dodgeball up in Canada? We're not allowed to play it here for "safety reasons". Dodgeball was probably the best game we had in gym, though. I loved the chaos.
