A word of advice about the comics: Never use colored textboxes. I know most authors thing it depicts who's talking, but it's really unneeded and a bit ugly :x

I think the coloured text boxes fit in fine. *shrug* It's cute. :p I always liked the way the colours matched the characters; they weren't just random colours pulled out of nowhere. When artists do that, I think it's a bit silly, but the way Peardian does it doesn't bother me at all.

I really need to start reading this again. It's fun to read. With all the moving around, I stopped reading it. So now I can catch up, and not have to wait for updates. Whoo!

Ehh, i don't think Peardian'll mind, we're buddies.

I read tons of sprite comics though, so I've been through the good and the bad (And Kirby vs Shy-guy is far from bad, believe me <:3) and alot of my friends are webcomic artists/critics so it kind of sets my standards a bit high.

But seriously, I hate having a box of disembodied text with no idea who is supposed to be speaking it, so I make sure you always know who is speaking what. In a way, I make my comics like a script, so they can be easily translated into animation.


Anyway, I have the plans for #247-249 all written up and sitting in my scanner (lol, safe place) and the background for said slides ready, so there's a good chance I could have at least one of them done very soon. :3

This might be a good idea to consider (a black border on text boxes). This way, they stand out a little bit more without losing the colored touch.
