#59It's been 3 months, but yes, expect Firefox 6 in another few months as well 
I updated to Firefox 4.1 5.0 too (both here and at work) and have yet to see a difference (other than having to fix the favicon size in my compact theme), but I guess it doesn't hurt either  ____________________ |

Put TenFourFox 5 on my iBook and I'm not seeing any real differences. (It's just a build optimized for OS X 10.4... PowerPC, of course)
Fortunately, no extensions were broken in the upgrade.

Tried out FF5.0 today, and I found it to be worse than Safari. It reconfirms my usage of Chrome.
