I've been working on a one level mini SM64 hack actually, set to be release in a few days for a competition hosted by SMWCentral.

I'm leaving all screen-shots until I release the hack but here's a little promo picture I'm using in my layout over there,

Very unique, i like it! If you wanted to go further with the monochrome theme, you could use tile molester to make the menus and fonts black/white too.

For anyone needing music imports for their hack, I am making many .m64 sequences and uploading them here free for anyone to use:

Starting today there are already nearly 2 dozen high quality .m64 files available.

This will probably be the last preview before release. There are now 101 stars in the master rom, 13 of 15 main levels complete. I also need to make 3 sections of the hub (1 section's model is complete), the Wing Cap level and the final boss (not Bowser course 3, that's complete. Just the stage where you have the fight).

For this preview I show you one of the levels with fancier object behaviors rather than loads of eye candy. This level is not recently made, I have made 2 main levels and 7 side levels since it. I'm quite proud of the train model. Enjoy!

Hello everyone

I been waiting to post more gameplay of my game SM64: Maestro Mario. The game development is still going strong (It pretty much my hobby now until game is finish) so from here on going to post more info and gameplay videos.

This video here Is my first "real" level New Nimbus Quarry (I said that because the amount of effort put into this level unlike my Lunar Stornghold level which will be replace.)

This level was inspire from the level "Dark Hollow" from the game "spyro the dragon" for the playstaion.

Early in the video you will recognize some part from the Dark Hollow stage like the hills and the underground area.

(On a closer look, the textures are actually pretty rough. Oh well, proper texture mapping is tough anyway).

Lugmillord released his new hack!




Lugmillord has proven himself to be one of the most talented SM64 hackers out there, so really you owe it to yourself to go play it. As far as I understand it, this is the second full SM64 hack released. It's also the first hack to contain a full 120 stars to collect. (Edit: 150 stars, you need 110 to beat the game).
