If you want to learn the hardest language to speak, then go learn Icelandic. I've heard that they pride themselves on having an extremely hard language to learn and master. And Iceland has a 100% literacy rate |

No language is inherently difficult, it's all relative to what languages you already speak. Icelandic should be particularly easy to English and other Germanic language speakers. I've been through it, it has no particular grammar or syntax aspects that make it stand out.
Many African languages are probably more difficult to learn (for us Westerners) due to their vast phoneme inventories. Languages with too few phonemes can also be difficult, see Khoekhoe (many phonemes and tones) and Pirahã (few phonemes).
You can also check out !Xoo, as far as I know it's only been documented by a team of linguistics anthropologists in UCLA so this is all I could find, but it's neat to hear all the sounds they could make (58 consonants, 31 vowels, and four tones including 20 to 43 clicks): http://archive.phonetics.ucla.edu/Language/NMN/nmn.html
I guess what I'm trying to say is that, for speakers of Indo-European, "Altaic" (Turkic, Japonic, Korean), and Finno-Ugric languages, the hardest language to learn probably lies outside these groups. Of course, everybody is different.
Edit: I forgot to mention, Pirahã is spoken in Brazil. You can tell from the few Portuguese loanwords he uses. |

There's actually even more of them, but I haven't been able to make an updated version of it.
They're the epitaphs of people with attitude problems trying to face off against me when I call them on breaking rules in the SM64 forum.

I've had signatures and headers off for the longest of times. It started because I used to have a crappy internet connection, now I'm just lazy I guess. |

| I tend to keep layouts on because most of them are really cool. Also, I have quite a fast internet connection, so no need to be worried. Though, I might turn them off if I'm using a phone/other devise to get onto here. |

Nice! That's a pretty neat feature for the board to have. Didn't think it was even possible until I just remembered that the board is able to see your browser and whatnot. On the topic of layouts, I'm still creating mine, but I'm almost done! |

Now that I think of it, I bet my posts stand out for lacking a layout.
While I know how CSS and HTML work, I am terrible at anything that is an expression of creativity with colors and patterns. |

Same here, the mediocre layout I am right now using nothing compared to what I would like to be able to make. I guess with time, I'll steadily improve upon the layout I am right now using.

That's a really nice feature, that I was trying earlier to incorporate into my layout. For now, all the levels look the same.

Your quotes' boxes seem to be a darker bluer blue than your initial text; I think you're good
For example in this one, the quotes don't seem to get bluer and bluer, they just stay the same. It's fine though, because usually I don't quote more than one layer normally.
Edit: and it looks fine without changing though, lol.

| | Metal_Man88's Post | That's all fine and good, except the abuse of high-end CSS makes my (and other people's) browsers chug to just render it.
