Paulguy's Post configuration I've only had Gatorade, so I'm selecting Gatorade.
Also, Monster/Sobe are completely different types of drinks. Gatorade/Powerade are basically just water, some coloring, salts, sugars and maybe some other minerals and stuff in the more fancy selections. Those others are energy drinks which are more to release energy quite a bit more than necessary. I don't really like the feeling very much. ____________________ |

Paulguy's Post configuration The myth that high fructose corn syrup is more unhealthy than sugar or will give you cancer or whatever is all pretty much crap. It's more or less the same stuff, just a somewhat different molecule, but they have the same effect. Just high fructose corn syrup is a cheaper, inferior product that doesn't taste as good but increases profits. ____________________ |

| Yeah, Powerade always tasted a little weaker/more watery than Gatorade, to me. That it's also somewhat cheaper in this area probably doesn't help, either, in that regard. I'll drink either, but if I have a choice (between the two), I'll get the Gatorade.
Sobe seems rather scarce, here, these days, along with Snapple.  And I'm afraid to try the multiple Vitamin Water clones.

Gatorade for sure. Powerade is pretty much sugar and flavour, absolutely no good for drinking during sports. Gatorade however is more protein and electrolytes, which is necessary to keep up my energy. ____________________ Oh ye derp. |
