上手に生きられますように・・Magikarp learns Tackle at level 15 and Flail at level 30.
There's this trainer in HGSS that throws you a level 65 or something Magikarp; higher than all Kanto Gym leaders, which will kill you if it starts using Flail at low enough health.
And then there's this.
