They are really fun to use. Very portable, light, easy to handle. We owned one for a short time but returned it. We could have kept it but wanted to use that money to upgrade my wife's PC instead.

Anyway, enjoy posting from a new gadget! Thats always the best part, breaking it in and playing with it for hours and hours the first few days you have it.

iPads are nice but, they don't really fit as a smartphone or a laptop supplement. True, it's bridging the gap, but why would you really need it? A couple of my friends have them, and they just use them instead of a laptop. So maybe if I wanted a secondary place to store mac-formatted data other than my laptop or our family's desktop computer, I might consider saving up.
