I made scrambled eggs, mushrooms, grape tomatoes and toast again. I'm not posting a picture directly in this topic since I made this not too long ago, but if you want to see it, you can totally click here!

The eggs are delicious but I let the saucepan heat up too much so the texture wasn't as fluffy and smooth as I wanted but it was still very, very good. This is like my favoritest food ever. Green onions were used in place of chives or parsley which I think did okay at adding to the flavor but I'd rather just go without it and have some of that eggy-goodness all alone.

And now I'm chewing Quench® Gum.

Oh, that's okay, Danielle! My boyfriend complains about the same thing but I love the texture of runny eggs. I think scrambled eggs should be a bit undercooked, though, for maximum fluffiness.

I went out to eat at Tasty Burger which is a pretty neat place with pretty neat burgers. I've been there a few times and today I had what they call a "Blue Collar" burger which has honey mustard and a patty that's dipped in batter and then fried so it creates this crispy crust. The burger was okay, a little under-seasoned, and I think next time I'd tell them to salt it a bit more. Still decent stuff though.
